- Both Wegovy and Mounjaro come in the form of injectable pens, which you use to deliver a weekly liquid injection of medication under the skin. - Weight management medication is designed for long-term progress when teamed with lifestyle changes. You will start off taking the lowest dose of Wegovy and Mounjaro, once a week. HANX will follow up regularly with advice and guidance to help you settle into the weight management programme. You will have monthly follow-up consultations, which you'll be asked to complete to share your progress and experiences with your prescriber. If you are experiencing no major side effects, and your prescribing pharmacist deems it suitable for you, you will increase your dose of Wegovy or Mounjaro each month until you reach the most effective a 'maintenance' dose for you and check in with you regularly.
