This Hanky Panky Cocktail Will Get Your Libido Racing
To celebrate National Sex Day, we've created our very own refreshing Libido Lift cocktail, The Hanky Panky. Sweet, spicy and with a kick of bubbles, it's the ideal serve for a steamy summer's day, thanks to a sachet of our arousal-boosting supplement.
Ingredients:
- 50ml Peach vodka
- 150ml Ginger beer
- 2 Peach slices
- 1 Sachet of HANX Libido Lift
- 1/2 cup of crushed ice
Instructions:
1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add the peach vodka, ginger beer and Libido Lift.
2. Shake well. Strain into an ice-filled glass. Add 2 to 3 slices of peaches.
3. Top off with mint leaves.
Pro Tip: chill your glass beforehand to make sure your drink is extra crisp. Cheers!
Why Is It Called 'The Hanky Panky'?
Fun fact: when our Co-Founders Farah and Sarah first had the idea to quit their jobs and revolutionise sexual wellness, they were on a cheeky shared day off. Sat on a bar balcony in the sun, sipping white wine, they bemoaned the rubbish state of the condom aisles (and rising STI rates Sarah was seeing in her NHS clinics!) - and the concept of the business was born. We're often asked "where does the name HANX come from?", and we're pleased to reveal that Farah and Sarah came up with the name right there on the spot, several vinos deep.
Back when they were teenagers hitting up York's finest nightclubs, their parents would often drop them off in town before the mayhem commenced, with the stern warning: "don't get up to any hanky panky!". It stuck in the memory and that fateful day, was shortened to HANX... and has been synonymous with our natural condoms and beyond ever since.
